Frequently asked questions

Is it GDPR compliant for healthcare data?
Yes. Medical records encrypted at rest and in transit. Servers in Germany (Hetzner). Retention periods compliant with national medical record laws (10 years for patient records, 30 years for X-rays in DE). We provide a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Compliant with Art. 9 GDPR (special categories of personal data — health data).
Can I issue e-invoices integrated with public health insurance billing?
Yes. We generate XRechnung (legal standard from 2025 in DE/AT) + KV billing to public health insurance providers (BSNR/LANR for DE). Automatic VAT exemption calculation for medical services (Art. 132 EU VAT Directive). For Italian practices we also produce FatturaPA via SDI, and QR-bill for Switzerland.
Can I integrate the calendar with Google Calendar / Outlook?
Yes. Two-way sync with Google Calendar and Microsoft 365. Each doctor sees only their own appointments. Reception sees all of them.
How many doctors and rooms can I manage?
Unlimited user accounts (doctors, reception, therapists). You pay only for concurrent active sessions, not per registered user. Example: a practice with 6 part-time doctors + 2 receptionists → the base bundle is enough because they never all work at the same time. Treatment rooms and equipment are unlimited. If you need more concurrent sessions, they're available as an add-on — contact us for sizing.
Does it work for practices in IT/DE/AT/CH?
Yes. Multi-country support: ICD-10-GM (Germany) + ICD-10 BMASGK (Austria) + ICD-10-GM/CH (Switzerland) + ICD-9 (Italy). OPS codes and G-DRG for DE, LKF for AT, SwissDRG for CH. Billing: XRechnung Germany/Austria + QR-bill Switzerland + FatturaPA Italy. GDPR healthcare compliant in all 4 countries. Distinction between private and public-insurance patients with separate billing flows (KV vs. direct invoice GOÄ / Tariffario).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, anytime from the subscription page. The monthly plan ends at the end of the current month. The annual plan stays active until expiry. Full data export (CSV + PDF) guaranteed for 30 days after cancellation.
