Frequently asked questions

Is it GDPR compliant and AML-ready?
Yes. All data is hosted on EU servers in Germany, with daily encrypted backups. The Legal module includes a complete AML register aligned with the EU AML directives — covering lawyers as obliged entities for real estate transactions, company formations, and similar matters — and works with country-specific rules in Italy (D.lgs. 231/2007), Germany (GwG), Austria (FM-GwG), and Switzerland (GwG/SBA). We provide a ready-to-sign Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Does it generate e-invoices for IT (FatturaPA), DE/AT (XRechnung), CH (QR-bill)?
Yes — all of them, natively. Sales module produces XRechnung XML (Standard 3.0) for B2B mandates in Germany and Austria, ZUGFeRD hybrid PDFs, FatturaPA with automatic SDI transmission for Italian clients, and Swiss QR-bill (SIX standard) for clients in Switzerland. No external plugins, no extra fees — included in the bundle.
Can I import data from other legal software?
Yes. We support CSV/Excel import for client master data, cases, and invoices. For full migrations from specific practice management systems (RA-MICRO, ReNoStar, Cliens, IusGenesys, etc.) get in touch — for new customers we handle the import for free.
How many users can I add?
Unlimited user accounts. You pay only for concurrent active sessions, not per registered user. Example: a firm with 4 lawyers + 6 of-counsel collaborators → the base bundle is enough, because they're never all logged in together. If you need more concurrent sessions, they're available as an add-on — contact us for sizing.
Is the digital signature legally valid?
Yes. We use Advanced Electronic Signature (AES) under the eIDAS Regulation (EU) 910/2014 — recognized across all 27 EU member states + Switzerland (ZertES). Valid in court for engagement letters, powers of attorney, and fee agreements. For documents requiring written form (e.g. § 126a BGB in Germany, art. 20 CAD in Italy), we integrate Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) with certified Trust Service Providers (D-Trust, Swisscom Trust Services, A-Trust, Aruba PEC, InfoCert).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, anytime from the subscription page. Monthly plans end at the close of the current month. Annual plans run to the end of the term. Full data export (CSV + PDF) is guaranteed for 30 days after cancellation.
Does it work for clients in multiple European countries?
Yes — that's exactly what it's built for. Native support for IT + DACH: XRechnung (DE/AT) + QR-bill (CH) + FatturaPA (IT) integrated in a single product. Multi-currency (EUR/CHF). Cross-border firms can run their entire client base from one platform without switching tools per country. UI in 4 languages (EN/IT/DE/FR).
Can I add or remove modules later?
The bundle is a preconfigured flat-rate package: it includes every module designed for a law firm and can't be split (removing Accounting doesn't lower the price). If you only need a subset, cancel the bundle and activate individual modules à la carte. At any time you can add more modules (HR, Real Estate, etc.) with a single click — they're billed on top of the bundle.
