Frequently asked questions

Is it compatible with European nonprofit registries (e.V., RUNTS)?
Yes. Member management compliant with German BGB §§ 21-79 (Vereinsregister) and Italian RUNTS (Registro Unico Nazionale del Terzo Settore, D.Lgs. 117/2017). We export lists for nonprofit registry filings, templates for statutes and general meeting minutes, board role management (President, Treasurer, Secretary, Board Member) compliant with national association laws across the EU.
Can I issue tax-deductible donation receipts?
Yes. Donation receipts are generated automatically following national templates: Spendenbescheinigung according to § 50 EStDV (Germany), 5x1000 / erogazioni liberali receipts under DPR 917/86 art. 15 (Italy), Spendenausweis (Switzerland). Each receipt includes donor tax ID, amount and purpose. Annual export for nonprofit status compliance (§ 52 AO Germany, RUNTS Italy).
How many members can I manage?
Unlimited members. Bundle flat rate whether you manage 100, 1,000 or 10,000 members.
Can I import members from my current Excel?
Yes. Full CSV/Excel import: master data, contacts, paid dues, attended events. We help you with migration for free if you're a new customer.
Does it work for parishes and sports clubs?
Yes. Designed also for parishes, church communities, oratories, scouts and sports clubs. Master data of parishioners/youth, event calendars, donations and collections, parish events. Examples: FC Munich (sports club), St. Mary's Parish, Scout Group DPSG. Custom plans for small religious communities on request.
How many board members can I add?
Unlimited admin user accounts (secretaries, treasurers, presidents, event managers). You pay only for concurrent active sessions, not per registered user. Example: an association with 12 active volunteers → the base bundle is enough, because they typically never all work simultaneously. Regular MEMBERS who only view their own profile are UNLIMITED and FREE. If you need more concurrent sessions, they're available as an add-on — contact us for sizing.
Does it work for associations in multiple European countries?
Yes. Multi-country support: German e.V. + Austrian Verein (ZVR-Zahl) + Swiss Verein (ZGB Art. 60-79) + Italian APS/ODV/ASD (RUNTS) + French association loi 1901. Donation receipts in German per § 50 EStDV + Spendenausweis Switzerland + Italian ricevuta fiscale + French reçu fiscal. Multi-currency EUR/CHF. Associations with offices or branches across Europe can work with one single software.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, anytime from the subscription page. The monthly plan ends at the end of the current month. The annual plan stays active until expiration. Full export of your data (CSV + PDF) is guaranteed for 30 days after cancellation.
